Business Development for Interactive, Media & Technology Companies

Greenstone helps games, music and technology businesses identify and develop opportunities and turn them into lasting commercial relationships. We bring experienced leadership, practical business development and international reach, with particular strength and experience in Japan.

What we do

Experience that moves businesses forward.

Greenstone works with founders and leadership teams at startups and established businesses to develop partnerships, enter new markets and pursue commercial opportunities. We bring sector knowledge, international relationships and hands-on execution, working alongside your team or leading a specific brief.

Built on foundations in game development and publishing, our experience spans the technologies reshaping entertainment and enterprise. From co-authoring the Metaverse Roadmap whitepaper as far back as 2007 to working with immersive media, decentralised infrastructure and AI, we've explored how technologies and ideas take hold across industries. That includes new ways to create, collaborate and engage audiences, alongside changes in how businesses operate and how value is shared.

Games of Our Own

Greenstone Games

Greenstone Games keeps us hands-on with the business of making and publishing games. Greenstone Games is a small studio through which we're exploring how human creativity and AI can work together, drawing on the founding team's decades of experience while testing what's possible now and how to best make games in the current era.

Our own titles give us room to experiment with development, publishing and player engagement, and keep us close to the commercial and creative realities our clients face.
